Booking Your Virtual Visit With Jaime

1. Choose “Follow-up” – If you’ve been in for a visit within the past 12 months.
2. Choose “Regroup” – If it’s been 12 months or more since your last visit.
3. Once you complete the process, check your email for a confirmation and instructions on how to download the secure video conference app to your Mac, Windows, or smartphone device.
4. If you must reschedule or cancel, we kindly request 24 hours advance notice or you will be billed for your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, just call, text, or email Caity as usual. 🙂
