We’re currently waitlisted at all 4 of our offices. So… my office manager begged me to start looking for someone new to join our team.
Joining our practice means you join an awesome, supportive, and success-minded team including not only clinicians but non-clinical staff as well. Our mission is simple: Provide effective, life-changing care for our patients while showing up with joy, purpose, and integrity AND earning a real living in the process.
Our compensation model for clinicians is straight commission on treatments performed PLUS a percentage of all product sold (i.e. supplements, herbs, etc.), which means you have the opportunity to pretty much set your own income. There are quarterly revenue-based bonuses AND annual profit sharing as well.
Both our current associates are seeing around 80 patients a week on a 4-day schedule and are well into the 6-figure income level. We do also have a group insurance policy and if you elect to join our group, the clinic will cover 50% of your premiums.
There’s no “paid sick leave” for clinicians, since we’re commission. However, we have enough staff here to be able to help cover you if you should fall ill.
You start off with 2 weeks vacation annually, working up to 4 weeks once you have been here for 4 years or more.
Obviously, anyone applying for this position must be willing to consider moving to Houston to live. We’re the nation’s 3rd or 4th largest city depending on who you ask. Either way, it’s an incredible place to live for anyone who wants to just chill and live a good standard of living – like owning a comfortable home, enjoying great art, food, culture (we’re ranked #1 in diversity in the entire USA if you didn’t know) – without all the posers and rat-race you get in a lot of other places.
