Welcome to Weekend Intensive Fertility Retreats with Chris Axelrad and The Axelrad Clinic.

The FIRST step to securing a spot at your selected retreat is to fill out the brief questionnaire below.

Once you have submitted this to us, you will then be taken to our Pre-Retreat Interview Calendar where you will select a date and time for your Pre-Retreat Interview.

Our illustrious office manager and retreat coordinator, Caity McNeil, will call you on the date and at the time you specify to conduct a brief, friendly interview with you to ensure you meet the basic requirements for retreat attendance.

Fees and logistics will also be discussed on the call as well. 

Keep in mind, all meals and accommodations are included in the fee and you may bring a partner or spouse as all rooms can accommodate two people. There is a slight extra charge for meals for your partner / spouse. Otherwise, they attend for free.

These weekend intensives fill up fast and we fill slots on a first-come, first-served basis.

At the conclusion of your Pre-Retreat Interview, you will have the opportunity to secure your seat in the retreat. Of course, if you need a couple of days to confirm, we will hold your spot. Also, please plan to have all decision-makers on the Pre-Retreat Interview call so questions and concerns can be addressed during the call.

Once you have secured your seat we will schedule your intake call with Chris. On the intake call, Chris will review your medical history and interview you in depth so he can personalize your retreat experience including the treatments and your take-home action plan. 

Then, we’ll see you at the retreat for a weekend that will change your life forever (and absolutely shift the odds of pregnancy in your favor).
