For about 2 years after my first child was born, I had also been struggling with severe insomnia. I met with Chris for the free consultation and immediately felt at ease about my situation. We discussed the insomnia as well, and Chris said he could help me with that. I had been taking Ambien almost every night to sleep, which Chris advised could be harming my fertility. He worked up a plan for me to gradually reduce my usage of the Ambien, and within 3 months I was totally off of it and sleeping great! Amazing. My RE had painted such a dismal picture of our situation, telling us we had a roughly 1% chance (perhaps less) of conceiving on our own due to my rising FSH and very low AMH levels. Chris reassured me and encouraged me to think positively about my outlook. I began weekly acupuncture treatments with Chris, and although I was very skeptical about all the needles at first, found that I felt so relaxed and at ease after the treatments. It was so nice to be able to lay calmly for those 20 minutes, letting my thoughts drift away. My husband and I did several IUI procedures with injectable medication, and unfortunately were not successful. One ended in miscarriage around 9 weeks. Throughout the failed cycles, and the miscarriage, Chris was there to calm me and reassure me that we would eventually have success. We decided to take a break from the fertility treatments and try on our own for a few months, and Chris started me on a regime of Chinese herbs in addition to the treatments. A few months later, it worked! I am currently almost 20 weeks pregnant with my second child, and all looks good so far. I am thankful to Chris for his guidance throughout my long journey and attribute my success in no small part to him. Everyone at the clinic is wonderful as well. I also saw Jaime a few times for treatments, and she is wonderful and very caring as well. I want to thank them all for helping me! I recommend the Clinic to anyone experiencing fertility troubles without hesitation.
